SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of these products refund will not be permitted. Our Serenity Niance's extension bundles and wig units cannot be resold after being handled or worn by our customers after purchasing.

PROCESSING TIME:

Serenity Niance's Collection Ready-to-Ship will be shipped same day or 1-2 days immediately after your payment processed.

All Uncustomized Preorders processing time is 7-10 business days. All Customized Preorders processing time is 10-15 business days.

Please note all orders will be confirmed and processed after full payment or deposit is captured. 

Kindly note business days DO NOT include weekends or holidays.

SHIPPING TIME:

Our shipping hours are Mon - Sat . from 9:00 am EST to 5:00 pm EST.  International & Regional Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. However, during holidays, shipping time may take a little longer.

Serenity Niance's Collection is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather delays or any carrier delays.

Please be advised that any incorrect billing/shipping information opted by the customer will cause delays.

Serenity Niance's Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do not issue refunds or credits regarding this matter.

Tracking Orders:

If you provided an email address at the time of purchase, a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. (This is not applicable to local orders)

All tracking info will be sent out the evening of the day the item has been mailed out. A signature is REQUIRED for all orders over $200 to be delivered.

CANCELLATIONS:

If you would like to cancel your order you may do so within 24 hours of placing your order.

RETURNS:

Returns are only acceptable if the wrong item was shipped.
