Return & Exchange Policy: ALL HAIR EXTENSIONS ARE FINAL SALE, EXCHANGE ONLY.
All Serenity Niance's Collection hair extensions are neatly packed and sealed. Once the bundle seal/wrap is removed, the hair cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. This is according to Regulated Hygiene Laws, hair extension exchanges and returns must have the seal intact and not broken, no exceptions can be made. Our packaging is clear and you can see the color and texture without needing to open it. Visit our location, call or email us for consultation before purchasing.
Absolutely no exchanges or returns of opened packages are possible.
- All items must be returned in their original packaging.
- All hair care items are final sale.
- Serenity Niance's Collection assumes no responsibility for merchandise damaged or loss by carrier handling the returned merchandise.
- You will be responsible for paying all return shipping costs unless it was an error on our behalf.

After the sale we are not liable for any defects, damages, or misuse of products. Serenity Niance's Collection will not be held responsible for any damages caused to the client’s hair during and/or after the hair extension application process. All stylists and consumers agree to use Serenity Niance's Collection products at their own risk. Serenity Niance's Collection will not be held liable for any costs associated with the installation or removal of the product, no exceptions.
