What is the store currency?

All prices are in USD.

How do I ensure the wig will fit my head?

The average wig cap size is 21.5"-22.5" circumference (medium sized). Kindly refer to wig measurement guide for reference. Should you need a unit that is much larger than the average wig cap size, ensure to add note when completing checkout.

How long will the hair last?

The longevity of our hair depends heavily on you; how well you treat the hair can determine how long you'd have the hair. All of our hair is 100% virgin. It is therefore important to treat the hair as your own. Our wigs are machine and hand crafted units that are also made with great quality hair.

The longevity of the hair also affects how often you use/wear the hair.  However, it is safe to say our hair has proven to last over 3+years with proper care and maintenance.

How many bundles are recommended for a full install?

Usually 3-4 bundles is recommended for a full installation without the use frontal/closure. If you are using a frontal/closure, depending on the length of bundles (8"-18"), 2-3 bundles along with the closure or frontal is recommended. Any other lengths, 20" and longer, 3-4 bundles is recommended.

However, for a more natural looking install, 2 bundles (8"-18") will do the job!

How should I store my hair when not being worn?

Wigs can be stored on styrofoam mannequin heads or tucked away neatly in packaging bags.

What is the difference between a lace closure and frontal?

Closures are typically 4x4, 5x5, 6x6, or 7x7. According to the inches, that will be the size of the lace; the smaller the inches the smaller the lace area will be. Closures are usually low maintenance as they have less parting space for you to play and style with. Whilst a frontal normally has a 13x4 or 13x6 parting space which gives you so much more parting space to play with. The 13x4 goes from one ear to the other ear. It allows you to be more versatile with your styling.

How often should I wash my extensions?

It is recommended to wash after use OR when the hair feels heavy, that simply means the hair contains alot of product and need to be cleansed ASAP!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover through our checkout provider paypal. We also accept payment by Mobanking (local), Direct Bank Deposits  and Cash. If you do choose to use any of these other 3 payment methods, information is located upon checkout after selecting your preferred option.

Do you offer refund?

There's a no return policy, we do not issue refunds. (unless the issue was a wrong order placed on our behalf)

Ordering and delivery

When will my order arrive?

Allow 10-14 business days for all hair to be dispatched (local shipping) Ready to ship hair will be shipped same day or 1-2days.

All other products are same day or next day shipping. 

 

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at sales@serenityncollection.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. Contact ASAP, if there was an error in placing an order via sales@serenityncollection.com . We may be able to cancel your order before it is processed.

Can I return or exchange an item?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer a return or exchange services unless there's a mistake on our behalf. NO REFUND/NO RETURN/NO EXCHANGE.
